Prospecting

These templates are used when you are trying to land a new project with a client. They help you articulate what work you'll do for the client and how much it will cost.

Proposal

A proposal helps you convince a client to work with you by outlining the work you want to do and why the client should pick you to do the work.

Quote

A quote lets a client know how much your work will cost and when they should expect to pay for that work.

Scope of Work

A scope of work generally comes after a proposal and outlines the specifics of what work you will do for a client. This ensures you're only doing work that you agreed to doing upfront with the client.

Client Onboarding

These are templates that you'll use once a client agrees to work with you. A contract is a legally binding document that states a client will pay for the work you specified, and an NDA is used to protect confidential information.

Contractor Agreement

A contract is an agreement between you and the client, for legal protection. This agreement ensures that a client legally agrees to pay you, on your terms, for the work that you're providing.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

A Non-Disclosure Agreement, or NDA, is used when you or a client wants to keep the project information or contents confidential. Sometimes clients will request you sign this document (or one like it) to keep their information private.

Money

If you want to get paid on time, then you'll need proper documentation. Invoices give the client clear instructions on how much to pay you, when to pay you, and how to pay you. A payment summary helps you communicate to the client all of the times they need to pay you, or a summary of the invoices they'll receive.

Invoice

An invoice is a document sent to a client to ask for payment. This ensures that you get paid by the client on time and the way you want to get paid.

Payment Summary

A payment summary describes invoices sent to the client, and the payment schedule. This lets the client know when they need to pay you, and what invoices to expect from you.
